ShopClues.com — Order Delivered to Wrong Address/ Shopclues Cheating Customers by Providing Fake Tracking Id | |||
Ref: Shopclues.com Order Id: 31326847 and Ticket No: 1758901 My Order No: 31326847 dt. 26/12/2014 has been delivered to somewhere in Guwahati on 03/01/2015, whereas it was to be delivered in West Bengal. I reported the issue to Shopclues on 03/01/2015 with the screenshot of the tracking page of the courier company and my complaints was logged with ticket no: 1758901. After that I have contacted Shopclues so many times both through email and phone, but still I did not get any resolution from their end, neither they shared POD with me. Hoping to draw the attention of the Higher Authority of Shopclues and getting some help from them to get the refund for the order. Was this information helpful? | |||

On 14-Feb-2015, Shopclues Support team informed me through email that the shipment is going back to them and requested me to wait till they receive it. But I don't know how long I will have to wait for this. I even don't know if the shipment is going back to Shopclues by walking on foot, because its travelling since December, 2014.
