[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Order never dispatched and company fooling with fake AWB | |||
I had ordered a product 2GB RAM from the site on 15th October vide order number 23297927. The sell is really a fraud. * for the first week he did not ship the product. * After i raised the issue on Customer Care, the next day i received a message stating that goods are shipped through ecom express vide AWB[protected]. * Since then till today when i track the shipment on Ecom Express's site, it still shows me "Air waybill not found, please recheck" * I have to call up their customer care couple of times and wait for at least 30 mins before some one adds note to my complaint but all in vain. * One fine day i receive a message that courier company could not deliver the goods to me and hence it is returning back to their facility and once they receive the goods they shall process return. * Its almost 15 days since then. * Recently i had received a mail from Shopclues claiming that goods were delivered to me?? * I again struggled my way to their hlepline and they acknowledged the mistake and again said that once goods return to their facility they shall process return. I am really pissed off and troubled. The goods which never actually got dispatched, how come the same were returning back???? Shopclues is trying to defend the fraudulent seller along with them they are adding to this fraud with theri poor customer service.
