[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Order not delivered

Order given on 8th November Complaint raised for order not received on 19th November Status showed delivered by error on 19th November Complaint rasied again on 21st on November that order was not delivered Arrangement for POD is requested within 7days On 28th November it was said that there was some mistake by courier company and after a conversation with them order is AGAIN out for delivery and will reach me in 5 business working days Till today didnt recieved anything neither the order nor the POD Again a mail today that order was deleiver and POD will be given within 7days. What is going on guys. Co operated so much and getting such a response. Today at 2 o'clock a call from senior office from your company was said to be arranged but I am waiting please refund my amount back to me asap.

I have order via shopclues.com. order no. 8030425 Maggi Rich Tomato Soup (Pack Of 3 Pcs) (QTY:1) order/shipment not received even after 6 complain. Neither i received product nor any responsible reply from shopclues. as they are making fool to us.

15 days have passed and I still have not received my order and i also tried lot to contact their customer support even by phone but no responses from their end. According to their policy they must have to return me. Pathetic service. Suggest all friends that not by any product from 'Shopclues'

Nobody from Customer Service is able to answer my query and are giving false updates
About the ECOM-Express, they have provided their contact numbers for name sake, they are not at all picking the call. So I am unable to know what they are doing or weather they are really processing the order or not

It would be great if you could help me in this case.

Hi, This is Sachin pimpale, i order for Stylish Pendulum Wall Clock Plaza 22 on 17nd OCT 2014(order no:[protected]. Today Nov 8th 2014, in between i contacted customer service for 5 times, when ever i call they said 'esculated the issue to concern department they will get back to you', no one responded till date. So i asked for cancellation, it is also not happening. Executive said product is in transit so they cannot cancel the order. get the transit details and called the Ecom Express for the given no, courier people said not received the product from Shopclues.com
