Dear Concern, I have ordered below mentioned product on 23rd April 2015 at 3:56Pm but till today 5th May 2015, my product was not delivered and on shopclues website its showing shipped on 26th April with FedEX shipment number[protected], but when i called Fedex courier service regarding my package then they said they didn't receive package from Vendor and when i called Shopclues they said we appologies for the delay, sending mail to concern department and they will update you within 48 hours but its almost 72 hrs now i have not received any call from Shopclues, and when i call back them they said they again forwarding my complaint to concern department. 23 Apr 2015, 03:56 PM 47783515 40 KG BODY MAXX CHROME STEEL SPARE WEIGHT PLATES..!! Its been 25 days now and just formalities has been completed in form o[censored]pdates on website like Return pickup initiated but nobody comes for pickup the package and no Refund processed, i don't know why these people running these cheat shop in the name of online shopping, when they don't know how there merchants provide the send the wrong material, even they have publish there product on website with classification.
Anyhow, i just want to know when you send your executive to pickup the package and when u REFUND my money.
