[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Order not received

This is not done. I received a call from ShopClues side Mr. Rajeev and employee id is: RAS2130 he want my debit card detail (card number, exipry date, cvv no) i think mujhe password bhi bta dena chahiye.i m very dissapointed by this site. Can any one help me or not.

I have ordered a Lehenga on 13 October 2014 and was suppose to get it on 20 October 2014. My order number is 23051563. I am trying to reach the customer care but no response either through e-mail or phone. I am very disappointed by their services. Kindly contact me [protected].
ShopClues if you have to grow, you have to respond to your customers in a prompt and decent way. This act will really hamper your business.

I have given online order number 22426629 on 09th October'2014 and still I have not received the same which now more than 20 days.

In every 3 days after complaining you that I have not received product till now, I will get same reply from their side we are checking with courier company but no result.

It's a very bad experienced I had with shop clues company as there is no support.

i m ketan jariwala, from surat. i have order Linen shirts 3pcs pack at rs. 996 ...my order no. 22345427, way bill no. [protected], payment already paid by credit card., , on 8-oct-2014, , but still i m not receive order or refund. On bluedart website showing shipment received as on 18-oct 2014 but no more details available after...many mail communication done also many time trying to call on its customer care no.[protected] but always busy line...pl.do the needful...

I have placed an order via shopclues.com Order No #25135575, order date:[protected]. Expected delivery date crossed still not received the item or message from shopclues.com regarding shipment/delivery.

I am very disappointed by this online shopping service served by shopclues.com and there is no response via email or phone.

Please help me out to sort this matter.

I had placed a order (order no. 25335863 product code 1848170) on 31 Oct 2014, 11:10 PM and I had cleared the payment also. Your give deliver date was 7th Nov 2014 which is shifted to 10th Nov 2014.
but today is 12 Nov 2014 and i didn't received my order yet.
this is very much poor service that you are provided.
dont take it lightly
kindly give me a date of delivery otherwise i'll must have to take a legal action against you

Sir, i have placed four orders from shopclues.com at the time of GOSF offers, i have made the payment also online for all the orders but they were not shipped, neither i have received any response from their side after many complaints . I mailed them many times, called them many times but i have not received any response from their side.
