ShopClues.com — Order Not shipped as already delaye order by 6 days | |||
Dear Sir, I have placed online order for Book Name The Secret whose order no is 42625305 on 18/03/2015l. As per their website it must be shipped by 25 March. They has put fake shipment reference number[protected] in website as its shipped.I confirmed the same from there shipping partner Ecompress and they told me that the tracking no given to you by shopcues is not generated yet . I have been contacting with customer support of shopclues continousley to provide correct reference no but they not giving me the status of the order. Request you to help me out on this.
