I ordered three(03) nos of Tummy Trimmer of Rs.219/- each on 6th of Mar, 2016 at shop clues online shopping site(Order No[protected].After few day I received the item from Ara-max courier service(Tracking ID-[protected])with well sealed & packed containing only one (01) nos item out of three(03) that’s I ordered with a label mentioning quantity of item as- Three (03)then I put a complain regarding the matter with photo proof, and placed return request for the same.Then they asked me to keep the item ready for return and said that their courier partner will receive the item from me.The next day the asked me to send back the item tho the address mentioned by them as my area is not covered by their courier partner and ensured me that they will bear the shipping cost.Then I myself sent back the item to address given by them through DTDC and send them the courier receipt containing tracking ID(ID K[protected] via email.After my mail the replied that they are constantly monitoring the return parcel and ones they receive the return parcel they will will process my request.During this period I had a lot of communication with them regarding the matter, and they are saying that they have not receive the parcel but as per tracking record available, the item has been delivered on 9th April, 2016.When communicated they asked to provide the delivery proof and as per their request I send them the scan copy of DRS(delivery run sheet) provided by courier company and still they denied that they have not received the parcel that is why they can not refund the money.I am still commuting with them via email and through mobile, even I called to their customer representative number of times regarding the matter. Instead they are closing my request blaming me that they are unable to contact me .

Product qty that I ordered was -3 Nos and they have send only one(1)when complained, they advised me to return back item to them.As per their advice I sent back the Item.Scan copy courier receipt and DRS(Delivery run sheet) provided by courier also was sent to them, But they denied to replace or refund the order.
