ShopClues.com — password recovery issues

I forgot my password and I tried so many times to recover but it says that we have sent you the password to your email id. But if I check that and I go accordingly also again and again it's getting redirected to the same place to (login account)(forgot password)(Email Id to recover) after checking the mail again come to the same place then put all stuffs once again. Really getting irritated with your password recovery procedure.I would appreciate if some one from team could personally put up a mail telling my present password. Thank you.

M can't login to my account plz help me how to login shopclues send me a one time password many time I entered a captcha but always show invalid captcha m irritated.I wanna replace my product but how's possible without my account login. My account I'd is [protected]@gmail.com.Plz reply me quickly.
