Refund process against the order (complain number[protected] started in 13-Feb-2013 is still pending till date.
They are making fool that there is a glitch at there payment gateway and they have started the refund process but everytime I talk on phone or on mail, they just repeat the same thing that refund will take 7-9 days more.
I cant understand why there is a delay, and now these days they have stopped to reply on mail, and even there customer care representative replied that he has no idea about what is going on with the issue and no answer about how much more time it will take, any time you mail or call, they will repeat the same line that "Refund process has been started, and refund will reflect in your account in 7-9 days", which the story from past 2 month.
I am sick of it, and these shameless people have no guts to refund the money.
