Sir,
I was ordered a Home+car vacuum cleaner 800w on 14-12-14 order number 29869043, and it will dispatched on 22-12-14 via professional courier with tacking number RRK[protected].
They gave a commitment that it should be delivered to me between 31-12-14 and 2-1-15. After that i cant able to track professional courier with that tracking number, later it shows me the status of parcel on 1-1-15 Onwards. On 8th jan 2015 I track with the waybill number it shows me, the parcel delivered at MADURAI on 6-1-15 @ 8.00pm.
Then I raise a complaint to shopclues about this issue. Mr.Deepak sharma replied on 9th jan 2015,

So i sent a reply with Professional courier report on 12th jan 2015. For that i get a reply from Mr. Amandeep singh,

In mean time we spoke with Madurai branch manager(The professional courier), He reply me this parcel booked from ROORKEE to Madurai not for Trichy. After that i put mails again and again they dont reply me. They create a report about this order, it is totally contradict. That is,

Processing - Thu, 18 Dec
Quality Check - Thu, 18 Dec
Dispatched - Mon, 12 Jan
Delivered - Fri, 23 Jan".
Till now i dont receive my product. Kindly verify and reply me.
