Hi, Order number 15045889 . I have placed order on 13th June 2014 and still it is not delivered . Even customer care is not able to provide me status of the order/update . I think I should wait for 5-10 years for same . Once the product gets expire then only they use to dispatch or deliver the product. I would suggest not to buy any product as Shop clues services are worst in country . They have many seller who use to sell duplicate product . I think some agency/company/gov come forward and should visit their seller store and product to check product quality . If found guilty then should ban shopclues website and its seller.

Received same response for last mail also .. Even you have scheduled a callback from your manager and I didn't get any call .. I have all recording of all call . I can't trust on shopclues.com and fake customer server center .
It seems, they are not interested to deliver the product . Whenever we post some issue on this website they just reply to that we are looking into that and after that they will not reply or look at the comments .

I have posted issue on 30th June and according to shopclue fake customer service, it is resolved ( to show other user on this website ), but still I have not received the product and they are not able to update me with status of order . After doing follow up more then 6-7 times, finally I have decided to file a case against these people and file mental harassment also as it is effecting my daily life . I do have much work to do other then follow up with fake customer care .

I ordered a product on 8th December 2014. After taking ages the Shop clues people mentioned that they could not delivery the product as its not within delivery area. They requested me to take the refund of the money and reorder the product. On 16th December 2014 they refunded me the money.
After re-ordering the product on different serviceable address on 16th December 2014 I reordered the product. After taking ages they mentioned me that the product is out of stock with the merchant and they are looking for a different merchant, they finally agreed to deliver the product on 26th December 2014 and the product was to be delivered by 2nd January 2015. As the product was not delivered I enquired them and they mentioned me to have patience and they would track the product shipped. Again on 7th January they tracked and now they are mentioning me that the product is lost by the courier and are requesting me to take the refund of the money.
I don;'t need the money I need the product.
I feel they are fake people and running scams.I have all the proof of their mails.
