Shopclues - 2nd request: We have place Ordered with you item no: 23066385 in the day of 13 Oct 2014 and it has been crossed 20 - 23 business days to delivery product and in the mean time we received your mail stated that to deliver product needed an extension of 3 days on 25 Oct 2014 and we made follow up with you still we have not received any confirmation of product.
