[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Product not received. But message received as it was delivered..

I recently ordered an Foot n Style Black Formal Shoe in Shopclues 17-Nov-2015. Order # is 7592023. I got a confirmation from Shopclues that it will be delivered ob 28-Nov-2015. I did not receive the product but I received a confirmation message from shopclues that the product has been delivered on 28th. When I called customer care they are asking me to wait for 48 hours to verify the proof and I have to wait for another 7 to 10 days to get the status of the product. Without tracking the order how did they confirm that it was delivered? Why should I wait for another 10 days to know the status? Please help me.
