[Resolved] ShopClues.com — product returned but still payment is not refunded from 1 month | |||
I purchase product samsung battery pack power bank black color from shopclues.com...they send me white product with bill of black..color product...then i go to service centre with bill and product...they said me this product is duplicate...because prduct have data cable of samsung but they send china made data cable...and product is also totaly duplicate...so they return the product but when its retuern then they again tell me we cant do refund..and all...my product ad bill is not with me..and they dont give.me.any assistence for it...so please help me for my refund of 1999 rupees..
