Placed an order for sony xperia z1 black hand set on 03/02/2015 vide order no. 36589905 by paying the full amount through net banking (20749), company supplied a hand set which was defective and returned, again one mobile delivered as replacement against new order No. 52903482 on 30/05/2015 it was worst then previous one old/used phone looks like as brought from chor bazzar.Again complaint sent to shop clues, after regular chasing and complaining through phone & E mails company have picked the phone on 22/06/2015. Now it's more than 50 days after pickup but no proper reply/communication is sent by shopclues. Customer care peoples are making fool of peoples by giving the same reply that " thank you for contacting us we have noted your concern and you will get reply/resolution in next 48 hrs. It is more than six months but I'm not able to contact any responsible man on shopclues who can reply, cutomer care people says an call back is arranged our seniors will contact you on day & time but no call from company's end. One day they state that refund is in process another day they informed that your refund will be processed when we receive your product in our ware house. This type of misleading information I'm getting from shopclues customer care in every 48 hrs but no resolution. PL look into the matter and arrange refund at the earliest.
