ShopClues.com — Refund is pending for the item returned | |||||
On 19/04/2016 (Order no.[protected] i placed order for a mobile phone and received the faulty item on 23/04/2015. I have asked a refund for the faulty mobile and company asked me to send back the item as the area is not serviceable by them (I dont know how they managed to deliver the item on purchase) (Return no. 2799401) I send the mobile back by professional courier with tracking id 112574 on 29/04/16. Shopclues acknowledged the item receipt on their web site. Since the refund of rs.16, 499/- was not getting credited back my account i started calling the customer care many time and every time i was told that the refund will be processed in 48 hrs. On 17/05/2016 i was told by shopclues customer care supervisor that they received a different mobile in return (Instead of oneplus two mobile nokia 3220) and they will not refund the money and mr. Rohit, the supervisor also promised that the outer images of the return package and phone received by them will be send to me with in 24 hours. Even after daily reminders i have not received the images nor the refund. No body is even contacting me. It is very clear that they are finding lame excuses for not processing the refund.
