Sir, I have given order number 48543917 of wrong product trough Shopclues.com & payment made to shopclues.com immediately at the time of giving order on dated 27/04/15(evening). Next day i was realised that i have chosen wrong product & i have cancelled immediately my order on 28/04/15 morning. I have also received a confirmation email that my refund for Rs 25, 589/- has been approved & the same will be credited in my credit card account within 30/04/15. But till today i have not received my refund whenever i am talking with customer care they generate one more mail that they are processing the refund to their higher authority & will be refunded in my account within 48 hour. I am not satisfied with the solution & support with the shopclues.com Kindly help in this matter to resolve the problem. Thanks shop clues for your quick response on my request. Today got confirmation mail including payment details from shopclues.
I hope that said amount will be credit in my card within 15 days.
