It was promised that customer will get Rs 1000 cashback in the form of cluesbucks. Image of shopclues independence day offer attached herewith. But till now, I have not got any cashback. I even made a return request, but they did not even returned my money. Due to delay, forcefully i had to start using mobile. Then i asked them to cancel the return request, and give me my cashback. But they are doing nothing, but just delaying and replying with same system generated auto e-mails. Now, i want my cashback of Rs 1000, as promised by them. I don't want any return now after so many days, as i had to use mobile because of delay. Please ask them to cancel the return request, and give me rs 1000 cashback as promised.
