[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Rude and insulting conversation from shopclues | |||
My order no.3273166 placed on 03 May 2013, 02:46 PM I received this product in a non working condition and when have complaint about the order within a weeks time there was no resolution from shopclues.com and now today I received a call from shopclues.com for this complaint just to inform me that this order was placed long back and as complaint was still opened from my end so call was to inform me that the executive cannot help me now and believe me it was in a threatening way he was talking to me and after he saying he himself disconnected the call by his on wish. REALLY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
