This is with regard to the order I placed for Samsung LED TV(40J5100) with the order id : 75084452 on 08 Nov 2015, 08:57 PM.I received the product on 21-Nov-2015 and found it defective. I have filed a return request to refund my money on the same day 21-Nov-2015 for the above order, but I did not receive the refund yet. Instead of refunding back the amount, I received response from Shopclues to get the TV repaired by local technician and provide the bill. I have ordered for new product, why should I go for repairing? When I refused to get it repaired, I got the response saying "return request declined". How can the return request declined if the product is defective? Everytime I call customer care, I get the same response that they will resolve the issue within 48 hours but still my issue is not resolved and 9 days are gone.
