[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Sent defective product | |||
I have ordered 2 LED bulb (Order Num :[protected], When i opened the packaging i found, One bulb was already fused, and when i try to use second one, Just after 2 Min that one also fused. I have raised return request and selected Shop Clue collect that product and give me refund, after almost 7 days Now i got the confirmation that i suppose to ship that product to company and bear that shipping charges. Shopclue.com mention something else on their website and selling something else. Please take appropriate action against it as am facing very inconvenient from last 10 Days due to this.
