[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Shopclue haven't replaced my product

I ordered for a door adjustable pushup bar via Shopclues.com, As per them its adjustable door bar and delivered in two day through courier.
Paid the mony via credit card.

The size of the door bar is not enough and its not adjustable to my door and i called immediately to report this and replace my order,
Customer support told me we cant replace order.. As per policy if there is any defect then we can replace the order.

Product is adjustable to door bar and its not fit for standard door. He keep on saying same dialogue for 30 minutes and i lost faith in this purschas,
i used to buy product through online from many websites, but first time i used shopclue...
