Hello i have ordered 2 air conditioners from shopclues, because they offerd a discount for "panasonic cs-kc18rky2 split ac (1.5 ton, 5 star rating, white)
Code: 87783216" with order id: 90744824 and 90734081, it is for the price rs.31, 889 each, and made the payment with my debit card, after few days they said product is not available we will send voltas ac for you, and i asked them if you didn't have the product availability why you listed in your website, my money is blocked with you, and they said no we will not refund wait 10 days more if it is available then we will send other wise we will refund,

They are cheaters they offered discount and taken money from me, and they said product not available but they are selling the same product in their website for more price here: http://www.shopclues.com/panasonic-cs-kc18rky2-split-ac-15-ton-5-star-rating-white.Html,
And they are trying to send me the cheapest voltas ac,

Every time i called them they are telling product is not available, and why they are selling same product with same id?

For taking money from some more consumers, this is a big scam, they will take orders for this product and they offers cheapest one with another low class brand and they test our patience, if we will not ready to get in their trap they will refund our money after so many days.

Really worst experiance i have got from shopping with shopclues.

product look like someone already used. I tried to RETURN it back but they disabled the option.
This product given from "Punjab Traders".
This is the real cheating ...

Shopclues i[censored] have product availability then only show it on your website other wise dont waste time showing product in discount and after ordering you say product is not available & delay ...its complete waste of time ...i m never gonna use this website again its disgusting !!!...

I spoke for 4 hours to get a TAX INVOICE.check your call records. each time your staff put me on hold then they would cut the line. Nirala Gaur. put me on HOLD on Phone for 30 Minutes and then no answer. Make MOCKERY out of a customer who has paid Rs. 25, 000.

Please Note. Till date you have not provided TAX INVOICE for this purchase, which I have been asking since April 11th 2016
you are all so lethargic and clueless in this matter, meanwhile my money Rs. 25000 is stuck with you and your are enjoying. You have received my payment and holding it for 30 days, and i have broken product which you refuse to take back. I was not told by anyone that I am responsible for returning the product if delivered broken or damaged condition. THIS PURE CHEATING CONSUMER. Refund my Money and take your sweet time on taking back your damaged product. why should I suffer for a damaged / broken product which I have no use.


I am fed up and planning on approaching CRDF consumer forum court to get HELP on this.

I feel that you are just prolonging this so you keep my MONEY and I get stuck your your broken AC

Dear Nickey
I received your mail on No reverse pick up from your company. The AC ( Air Conditioner ) returning to your office in New Delhi has to be arranged from my side. Can you once again check if any pick up is there from Cochin Kerala. I was shocked to see the amount Rs. 300 in maximum you would refund for returning AC to Clues Network (P) Limited, at New Delhi - 110061
Thereafter I tried calling you and got Sahil from your office online. He asked me to get a quote on courier charges and he would get it approved. I went to office of Gati to inquire the rates. The cost for sending the AC unit to New Delhi is Rs. 2750. Kindly approve this amount and revert back, so I can send the AC to you. This is taking too long. I have received the ac on Apr 11 and the same day I had reported the damage, and till date the same not collected and my money not refunded.
Also Please Note : I do not want any CLUESBUCK, or any other type of credit, ONLY Money back
Please keep in mind, I am returning this product because it was received in damaged condition. I could not use it. now I am put through a lot of trouble for returning the same. I need you to refund the total amount that I paid Rs. 24, 589 plus the courier charges of RS. 2750 = Total Rs. 27, 339
Please Note : Courier team is asking for following documents for them to accept the AC and to send through courier
1- Form 8 F Kerala Commercial taxes 2- Original Tax Invoice
