my last complaint to shopclues: why are you not helping me ? even after reading my complaint? the doormats emitting too dirty smell from it and quite wet hence even i have thrown it out in dustbin, this is my request to you to provide me refund for this my complaint:::: what is this ? how can you send dirty item? received door mats are quite wet and coming too bad smell from it! i cant bear this item anymore please arrange pick up and take back this dirty doormats, and provide me refund please...
