Hi, I have purchased lotto running shoes order no[protected]. I have already make the payment through my credit card. On the time of delivery 18 oct 2016 their courier boy came and asked for payment, as i was not at home so my family member had make the payment of Rs 700 to the courier boy. when i came to know i call to courier boy he refunded only Rs.500. 200 still pending. I already raised the issue but the company only provided me the ticked no 7931488.
