[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Worst service. Don't believe on buyer protection | |||
I have ordered a food processor from shopclues.com that is Padmini FP403 Food Processor(Order Id[protected]. After receiving the product I found that product is defective. Only light is working there is no movement of motor and also jars are not fitting to the main unit. Aftre that I have raised a request to return back but after 6 days there is no proper responce. Always they are saying that go to customer care. I have called 4 times and sent mail many times but no responce. Guys don't believe on these fraud sites. There is no buyer protection. Don't believe on shopclues they are just frauds. Was this information helpful? | |||
