ShopClues.com — Wrong Item delivered

Updated by Murugank30 Till now no response from Shopclues.As per shopclues, Courier Service available for Wrong item delivery in my location, but return courier service not available for the same location.They are playing with me.

Updated by Murugank30 I had received E-mail from Shopclues on[protected].Shopeclues saying delivery option available to my Location, but reverse pickup not available.They cheating me.Wrong item delivered by shopclues.It is a shopclues fault.I do not want spend more money in this case.Please help me to get refund.
