Dear Sir/ Madam,
I felt sorry to admit that you have delivered with the wrong item. That too, after long wait of the delivery.
On 15 Oct '16, I have order for Combo English Learner Laptop and Brick G at 11:41:09pm and on 25 oct '16, you delivered me with wrong items which is of no use to me. If this is how you serve your customer, it would b unfortunate for your company in your future dealings. Request whosoever responsible you are to correct the fault and organise replacement/refund for the items at d earliest.
