[Resolved]  Shopcues.com — Fraud by giving duplicate product

I saw a skullcandy handsfree on shopclues with same spell as skullcandy . . I have Bill which is provided by Shopclues. . After using it for 2 months it stopped working so I contact Skullcandy team and they told me that it is a duplicate product . . And skullcandy team also gave me the proofs and reasons of it via email. . I contact shopclues for nearly 12 times via Email & call but they give me only reason that I should inform them in 10 days of delivery . . But how is it possible because the product have mark of skullcandy and so I didn't get any idea that this is a fake product . . please do something in this case . . because I think this is a case of fraud . . and I am so thankful to you is you solve this . .
