With reference to the subject and the attachments, I have participated in a contest and have paid Rs 399/- thru online. Till now i have not got any information of the contest, whether i have won or not?. If i have not won i must be able to use the money as credit points and can participate in another contest. But, when am trying to participate in another contest am shocked to see that the money i have paid earlier is not transferred into credit points and am not able to participate in another contest.
