[Resolved] Shophunk.com — Cheating and not refunding | |||
During searching on google chrome, I got a pop up stating i won a samsung mobile for just 699 from shophunk.com as promotional offer.So, on 1 st November I paid the money through my debit card in hopes to get the phone. After that I came to know that I should receive the phone when if I will be a lucky winnwer (But they never mentioned this on the pop up or anywhere else). But I wait for one month to open the lucky draw and obliviously I wasnt winner but now they have to returned my money (as they mentioned). I have called them lot of time even I provide them my bank acccount detail for refund but still they are not refunding me. pls help me to get my money back. It's been almost couple of months that I paid my money for a contest to win an iPhone and it was mentioned money return if we are not winners . Hence debited the 699 into shophunk account and now am not able to receive the money back . Kindly debit the money back to the account ASAP .

As per telephonic conversation with our respective customer, His problem has been successfully solved from our end. Customer wants refund, So his full amount Rs. 699 has been refunded on 29-12-14 through cheque and cheque no is 214832.Customer will be getting his cheque within 7 business days on his given home address.
