[Resolved]  Shophunk.com — delivering defective product

Dear Sir/Madam I had ordered an electric iron box . The product was dispatched after one year when I complaint against in consumer complaints forum but the product they deliver is defective . when I went to courier office to return the product to company, the courier office told that that you have to pay for returning the product .
