Shophunk.com — Misleading ads and Case of cheating

My name is Abhimanyu Ganguly and I am a registered user on shophunk.com. My registered mobile number on the website is [protected]. I had clicked on a pop up on HDFC Bank's official website which said that I could buy an iPhone 5 or a Samsung Galaxy grand or Samsung Galaxy s4 for only Rs 699. However upon taking my details and after the payment of the amount, I was notified that I had been successfully registered for a lucky draw in which if i win, only then will I get the phone. I was deeply disappointed with the misleading advertisement and thus have been forced to contact you for helping me get my money back. My order ID is 4555210. Kindly help me get my refund as I am highly disappointed and hurt by this gesture of shophunk.com. Also I would love it if you help me cancel my registration AFTER refunding my money as I am not interested in shopping or having any transaction with Shophunk. I also left a feedback stating my order ID and registered mobile number and my problem, but to no avail. I did not receive any reply, neither have I been refunded the money. I expected help when i called up their helpline number that is [protected] but I was inturn told to write an email stating my problem to [protected]@seajintech.com, which I did, but to no avail. Please please help me out as i am a salaried person and paid with the hopes of getting the phone for that cheap.
