Shophunk.com — purchase item not received

I had tried to online purchase through shophunk on 22.09.2014 and my account was debited with Rs699/- on the date, POS[protected] times of money SBI PG journal no. [protected]. A considerable time laps but till date selected item not received on my given address nor any message received through my email. Its appear that this is totally cheating and is a fraud. I request, please arrange to refund my funds other wise I will lodge a complaint through court for which this site will be liable.
