[Resolved] Shophunk.com — wrong commitment to custmer | |||
I participated in online purchase of Samsung Galaxy S5 mobile at shophunk.com on 25.10.2014. Their offer price was Rs. 699/- i paid it through Netbanking. After payment pop up message displayed that i have been registered with shophunk and password has been created. Later, i tried to login in the wbsite with same password and after several attempts i was not allowed to login. I tried to call their customer care no. [protected] several times and every time replied with voice recorder that all customer care representatives are busy. I have also seen similar type of complaint earlier lodged by some other consumers in this site.
