I got a call from mobile numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. They verified various details of my credit card & my account details, transaction etc. He debited an amount of 9000 from my account and told it will be given as reqard points. I called sbi and blocked the card. I got a call again for 6000 transaction from the same group of numbers saying their junior spoke in the morning. Since the card s blocked second transaction did not go through. Bank said it is memo transaction & they asked me to call back after 7 days for talking about the transaction. Please guide me what needs to be done in this case & how can the 9k transaction be cancelled. Also how did they get all my details. Please guide on the same. Was this information helpful? |
