Shopping Bazaar — Rs.9990/- debited from my SBI account without my knowledge

Monday afternoon[protected] at 12:42 pm I got a call from a E-shopping company name is Shoppingbazaar.com stating that it is a call from ICICI bank debit card department and they are offering me some reward points and transfer as a cashback in my account.Number from which I got that call is - [protected] named Amita or Anita.
She told me that I earned some reward points in ICICI bank and II cas back in my account by verification through my debit card details. I told that I lost my ICICI debit card then she gave other opition that verification by any other bank's debitcard & I gave my seven digit numbers from back side my SBI VISA debit card and suddenly I got one OTP password.I gave that OTP and suddenly I got one message from bank that Rs 9990/- debited on POS [protected] at MYEOUTLETS_TPSL.
Then she transferring my call to her superior name is Mr. Hardik Patel.He told me that I have purchased some stuff from their company and I will pay Rs.9990/- as tax. When I refused he gave me his personal contact number is - [protected] and promised that he will pay 2000 Rs by cheque and other 7990 rs after return the courier by me, but company not give me any reference no. regarding my sending courier till now. When I talk regarding to back my cash in my account then he told that first send me his mail and told that mail me and explain all the matter and explain u dont want to buy this product and not interested in all products and packages u offer, do mail me this and i will send my executive to give u cash back at your desired resident address at Bhavnagar after courier returned, i will always available for u at anytime thats what mr.Hardik patel told me on his cell.

I request you to take action against this company for doing such fraud. I want to file an fir against this company and .Though I get or lose my money, I want that action should be taken against this company so that such fraud can not be done again in future.
