Shopping Indiatimes — Fraud and refusal to provide a refund

Hi Sir,
I had placed an order 3 weeks ago and they shipped the wrong product, hence i returned it and asked for a refund .since then i have been calling them everyday for 3 weeks and i still have no solution.every time i have called then all i get is the "hold music " or please give us some time .i have given them enough time and everything that they need.I not only have no product but also have no money and since its a paid line that i have to call i have done that everyday

I have spent a lot of time and money on these guys and they just cant help me get my money back .I have spoken to 5 different managers, Rajiv Tiwari, Bipin, Sham, Deepak, Santosh. who have all told me it is a technical fault and its their fault and they will give me the money back, however nothing in 3.5 weeks.
Requesting you to help get my money back .
