I ordered 3led 12 watt bulb on 12 march 2015 and my order no is 11042 i also got confirmation mail and message .after 20 days i did not got the product I also sended many mail regarding my order status but they do not reply every time i only got automated mail that your tickt is created and we will respond you in 24 h but they never reply My order was prepaid so what can i do if they cant ship my product then refund my money but unable to get contact with shopping needs they do not reply i think they only cheat with customer so never shop at shopping needs it is totaly fake My mob [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
