I've placed an order of Panache Pan 216 wall clock on 23rd January 2014. They told that they'll deliver it within 7 days. I've received the product after 15days on 9th Feb 2014 and that too the different product. They've sent Panache Pan 218 wall clock which was totally different from the one I've ordered. I've called their customer care and lodged a complaint on on the same day. They've given me the complaint number but didn't had not taken any action against this. Neither they've replied my mail which I've sent to their support id. It is the horrible thing they've done. I have no trust on online shopping from now onwards.
