I had receiveda call on 30/11/2016 from mobile number: (Radhika:[protected]) stating we are calling from sbi credit cards your rewards points will expire in this month so behalf of we are providing discount card:25 % they taken the details of deliver of discountcard on next day 01/12/2016 received the call from mobile number: (Nisha khasyap:[protected]) yesterday we called you regarding discount card so today for confirmation of deliverance of discount card after few i got otp and said 7995/- amount it will convert into 12 months and also said u will receive complementary gifts to your address after few hours i called to customer care they raised the complaint of reversal of 7995/- with complaint i'd, on next day i again called sbi customer care about reversal amount of 7995/- they stating it's a fraud call please help me in refund the amount of 7995/- from fraud transaction
