dear mam/sir...maine kuch dino pehle complain di thi againt shoppingvsaving in consumercomplaint, in...after complaint i got a call from shoppingNsaving, they confirmed me that they will return my money and i have to remove my complaint after that, i agreed on this, but they dnt refund my amount..i recieve call from [protected]..unhone kaha hum sirf 4 banks se hi refund krte hai axis bank, icici, bank of india, , punjab national bank..then i choose punjab national bank..then unhone kaha mai transaction id generate kruga then u get your money ...person tell me the procedure then i follow him then they said that u get your money in 10minutes, , after 10 minute i call again then they stop giving me respone they nt pick my call...i have all voice recording from starting to end..so plzz sir help me in this matter, , i want my refund...help me sir...Thanku
