[Resolved] Shoppingoutlet.in — Return request of a non working product cannot initiate from website

My order id is #[protected]beats solo hd s450 wireless bluetooth stereo black headset - oem), which is delivered to me on 23/10/2016, after receiving the product i found that the product is not in working condition, when i tried to return the product from shoppingoutlet website, many times i filled the fomality form for returning the product but never it got submitted.

Product is working in fine condition, courier charges would be effect to you .

Updated by tufan007 the product returned to me is different which I send to company for replacement, If my product has no problem then why they replace with correct one, any ways thanks for changing my product with working one. :)
