Builder sold flat before approval the project from bank and after agreed to provide the loan from bank at earlist but for taking delayed payment intrest from customer Builder did the delayed in loan process and loan given by bank more than 10 months.

Now very disappointed attitude of builder....

Dear Sir, I purchased flat in Classic Residency, Ghaziabad in 15.5.2011 and builder committed date to deliver the flat in 2013 on Agreement ( Prepared on Stamp paper).
