A very worst experience is still continuing ruin my time and energy, This Shri Ram Finance Anna Nagar Chennai branch guys are worst to be in this world. They are thinking that customers are cowards who will always be calm even when they are not responding. I have Bought a bike with loan on Dec-2012 Dio Reg No TN-05 AR 5259. It got completed by August 2014, They gave me only the Photocopy of my Bikes Registration Certificate when the loan signed (2012), After the completion of the loan they have to provide the original RC to me. I have Applied NOC and submitted the requested documents to them so that they will give my RC. This was done on the same month of August, They said that the RC book along with the NOC will reach to the residential address through courier within fifteen days from the date of submitting the documents. First they didnt gave any acknowledgement in response of collecting the documents. Waited for more than two months, no response from them, again visited them directly. A big Shock the submitted documents are not processed and even they dont know whether its submitted and they said the previous staff has resigned and she havent done any processing, is that my mistake they convinced me and pleaded to provide the documents again so again i photo copied every document and submitted them on 22-November-2014 and they committed that they will delivered the RC to my home personally before that Friday. Still Today 06-December-2014 no response from them again visited them they still say that its not processed. I really got fully irate with their behaviour while asking for the reason they still say that previous staff left i pin pointed to them that i have submitted the documents again to process. they still said it will take 45 days is this a way to answer, am feared that if they have missed my RC, and playing fool around me. I want my Documents back and i know its illegal to drive a vehicle without the original copy. I need some help to file a case on them am even ready to pay for filing a case on them. i want them to repay me for the inconvenience caused to me, Am feeling mentally disturbed with their acts.
