My Compalint is on Shriam Chits (K) pvt Ltd (NBFC) I had several chits with this company I use to pay regular and when I had bid the Prize Money was not paid in time as per Chit fund Act and for my delayed payment it has charged me interest and on every payment they dalyed till six to seven months and not ready to pay interest. I want to get interest on delayed payment. And this is not only my case many of the innocent subscriber who has ivested hard earned money are not getting payment on time apart form that it is charging services tax @14% and Verification charges ( hidden charges) . Kinldy help me to get delayed payments interest of Rs 23555 + mental agony cost 50000/= not able to meet finanical commentments of other due to non reciept of Prize money payments and legal Cost ( 10000) incured due to no fault of me. for all my investments.
