In this connection, I would like to put some facts w.r.t. the outstanding amount showing in your books of records as mentioned below: 1) I use to pay all the instalments in time on monthly basis without fail to Mr.Ramayya, then branch manager against receipts. 2) Likewise paid the last installment also to him on[protected] and was told that the receipt will be sent along with chit closure documents in a couple of days. 3) Till then we were continuously following him on his mobile No. [protected] but did not get reply and after about 2 months, we came to know that he was transferred from the location and you took charge in his place. 4) Later, when we contact you, we were told that the issue will be handled and settled in an amicable manner but did not yet. 5) In the mean while during our conversation with you this month, we are informed that the amount we paid to Mr.Ramayya towards last installment of the said Chit was credited on my name for a new Insurance policy bearing No. NP[protected] by Mr.Ramayya, about which I was neither informed nor accepted. The same was created without my notice and with fabricated documents with forged signatures. Hence, you are requested to do the needful to look in to the matter and close the issue in my favour as I am not due any amount to Shriram Chits failing which I have no other option other than proceeding for legal action against Shriram Chits.
