Shriram Chits — they cannot give the service for us and without giving information they removed my fixed deposits

this is started form September 2014 we were asking about the clarity about the fixed deposits and till January 2015 it was not resolved and the regional manager of chandanagar hyderabad said that he cant give the service and is telling to remove all the chits which were started in the last six months and after that on 28th feberuary 2015 they cancelled my fixed deposit
