My self raju prasad gupta divisional manager shriram life insurance co. Ltd.In front of district judge kothi civil line ara bhojpur. Our office land line no —[protected] is fully dead from one month. I complained again and again but responce is zero, when i call for complain [protected] only responce for complain written not solve.
Your employee reply my duty only complain received not other service. I call and sent massage to dto mobile no [protected] and[protected] but not any responce or received the call.
This is very good job for play jokes for bsnl employee or officers.
Please reply me what i am doing for solve the problem. If problem is not short out than i like only one point for solve the problem disconected the connection for permanent solution.
