Very poor customer services and cheating by shuble consultants and advisory pvt ltd
On 30 dec 2015 i was approached by mr bineet jha to take up the plan ‘combo investo plan’ for a subscription of rs 16000/- for one yr. By mistake i paid rs. 18000/-. I requested him to refund the excess payment. Refund not made. Features of the plan were:-
· 1 script for midio investo and 1 script for futuro investo per month
· updates on important news & information.
· detailed reports will be provided for mido investo and futro investo recommendations only.
· small report will be given for corto investo recommendation.
· important global market updates.
· recommendations to be provided through email and subsequent follow ups to be done through phone.
So far only four reports instead of twelve reports have been provided that too on reminders. No updates or imp information has been sent by them in the last six months.
Here also, they have violated the terms and conditions.
Phone calls made to the company are not being answered.
Mails sent are neither being ack nor replied.
All prospective clients and general public are cautioned about their poor customer services and cheating behaviour.
